Overview:
As a Senior Network Operations Analyst (Tier 3), you will be a key technical resource responsible for managing and resolving complex network-related issues that cannot be handled by lower-tier teams.
You will support multiple customer environments and act as an engineering escalation contact supporting multi-vendor networks. Support will include LANs, WANs, Security, and wireless networks for our client’s customers.
You will also update architecture diagrams and design documents for customer networks as the network operations and customer network evolves.
Time tracking is essential and is required for this role.

Position Overview:
A Senior Accounting Specialist II will work on one of our client teams. They will receive the training for the clients they are placed on and will then be expected to work efficiently and accurately.
They will work with the Service Delivery Manager to communicate accurate information to other team members and will troubleshoot any problems that arise while creating processes as the team expands.
Senior accounting skills are required, but equally important is someone who is committed, professional, tech-savvy, and constantly learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet deliverable deadlines for all assigned clients.
• Calculate sales, returns, discounts, and reconcile sales figures between sales channels and payment processors.
• Assist in calculating cost of goods sold and inventory balances each month.
• Process vendor invoices and bills and review and prepare them for payment.
• Seek to improve individual and team processes where applicable by sharing knowledge and looking for process improvements.
• Help create training and documentation for other team members.
• Be the go-to when there is a problem to trouble shoot.
• Respond in a timely, professional manner to clients and client team questions and requests.
• Work with monthly reports and journal entries, often through QuickBooks Online
• Understand and create custom reports or analyses specific to client needs.
• Meet often for video conference meetings with fellow team members when needed.
• Comfortable communicating with team members.
• Take initiative to find solutions and mentor other team members.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
• Completed academic qualifications in Accounting, Masters/CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years professional accounting experience
• Experience with eCommerce companies preferred.
• Experience with accounting software
• Expert level skills with Excel or other spreadsheets to apply formulas, sorting and filtering data, and using pivot tables, ability to manipulate data.
• Able to successfully troubleshoot independently and often.
• Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Takes accountability and responsibility for deliverables.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational computer and Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
• Able to meet deadlines while working independently.
